Default Message Display, or Public "Bookmark" to Topic?

Hi,

Wondering if I can do something. Can the Messages display be changed for a group to default to "Group by Topic" for everyone? I believe it defaults to "Individual Messages".

I can obviously do this for myself, but would like to be able to show discussions by Topic for the entire group.

If not, can I somehow add a "bookmark" to a specific topic in the menu on the left of the page? Reason being, is I'd like to have a small number of specific, often used, and publicly visible topics such as "Lost and Found".

actually, that view is a personal view for you and each member, you cant set that as a default.

there is also no bookmark feature either
