I have a default judgment against 2 individuals who reside together in griffin, spalding county, georgia. Are they in contempt of court if they do not inform the magistrate court once they move to a new address (other than the address that is on their default judgment). And what steps would the judge take once I provide their new address(es) to the court? they are hoping to move hoping they can hide but my private investigator friends will find them fairly quickly then I will inform the court. has anyone had this experience or know of anyone who has?

to me that seems like contempt of court...
