Defected Dwarf hamster babies?

Question

My female hamster is pregnant, and the father is her brother =/. I know for a fact that they're siblings.....& i heard that the babies would probably defected...i just wanted to know the possible defects the babies could have.

There is a chance that the babies will not be defected because all domesticated hamsters in America come from 3 sibling hamsters brought to the states in the early 1930's
