My car has broken down . Should i continue to pay for it ?

  1. with the little information you've provided its hard to answer you.  Did you finance the car?  You'll obviously have to keep making the monthly payments even though the car's junk


  2. You don't say anything about the car, it's history, what's wrong with it, what year, make model, etc. Impossible to give good advice without this information.

  3. unless it's a new car and still under warranty, you take it to the shop like all the rest of us, pay to get it fixed and then continue to make your payments as well. things break. parts wear out. even new cars can have defective or marginal items on them.

    if it's used it's usually bought "as is" unless you have a specific warranty for certain parts but yes, unless you want your credit to be impacted you continue to pay for it and pay to get it fixed.

    if there is a dispute with the dealer over it, ruining your credit while you sort it out isn't the way to go about it
