Defending against a taser, or stun gun?

Question

What are some methods of defending oneself against a taser or stun gun? What is used in the thor shield?

Would wearing a piece of tin foil between two layers of clothing stop the taser from taking effect? What about a bullet & stab proof vest with a metallic plate?

Tin foil would do nothing.

Vests would do nothing.

Best way to defend against a Tazer is to NOT GET SHOT.

Taser can be defeated simply by knocking out the probes that are shot into you.  Also thick jacket will sometimes have trouble getting the probes to penetrate. The best idea yet is to not be in a situation to get tased!

Are you planning on getting tazed?

If you don't let the cops taze you, they use their clubs, or worse.

well i am pretty sure the vest will work if you get hit in the vest. I would think that who ever is lighting your *** up you sees you wearing thick clothing or a vest would not shoot it at your chest. As for the foil thing why don't you take a piece of foil stick it in you clothes and give it a shot. Let me know if it works.

no none of these will work and do please use the foil becuase it conducts elictricity and makes the taser work all that better

grab the person holding the stun gun, it makes them part of the circuit
