Defense for fantasy football?

I have the Seahawks and Broncos D for my fantasy team. For the first week seahawks are playing the bills and the broncos are playing raiders. Which D should I use? ESPN projects the Broncos to do better but i'm not sure

Start Seattle.

They were a top 5 defence last year. With solid CB's and athletic LB's they are built to attack, resulting in more sacks and turnovers.

I would start Seattle over Denver almost every week unless there is an extremely bad match-up.

You can't go wrong with either - good matchups for both.  its a toss up.

If i had to choose i would play the seahawks.
