Defensive drivers course without a liscense?

Hi, I am 16 and i got involved in a hit and run but i have no license and one of my conquences is to take a defensive drivers course online so i went to a website and it keeps asking me for my drivers license number and i don't have one i have the case number and everything else but no drivers license number, and i have to complete this by Monday. Can anyone help me find a site that doesn't require the drivers license number??? Thanks!!

if you have a permit, use your permit number.

if you don't, call the police station (not 911) and ask what you should do.  They may tell you to use your SS number or something else.
