im going 2 HS this year nd i play defensive end. im 5'11-6'0 i weigh 150lbs. i bench around 150lbs nd idk how much i squat. what drills can i do 2 get more explosive nd quicker?

  1. backpedal 10 yards and explode for another 10 yards. hers another on, run 15 yards side step 5 yards and the then run and takle something you have set up
