  1. Run.   If you get tired it means your not in shape and you need to run some more.  If your not tired then run till you get tired.


  2. dude im a d-end for my team and i made all conference with this workout.

    i start by stretching (it actually increases speed)  

    next i do plyometrics which really helps speed and agility cause it gets ur muscles stronger and able to constrict and expand quickly which is important off the line

    next i do either squat and back,  bench and biceps, or power clean and shoulders. all make u stronger and better to take on bigger guys

    then i finish it with a 20 minute run

    if u do this and eat a ton of protein to bulk up and learn the d-end spot u will do fine

  3. to be a defensive end you need to be built of hard muscle. explosive speed at the line is crucial. Good work outs would be: lots of benchpressing, squatting, and power cleans. Run a lot of sprints to improve explosiveness. also you gotta be REAL mean....
