  1. XSi has 12 megapixels, XT has 8, XSi has live view, larger viewfinder, faster performance. As the other poster said, you can compare them at dpreview.com.

    In brief, the major differences are .. more mp in the XSi, faster processing, spot metering, larger lcd screen... and many many more improvements
