  1. unenforceable contract

    for a contract to be enforecable must be

    -by people of legal age (no minors)

    -people of sound mind (bush not allowed to sign contracts)

    -consideration must be involved (even if minute amouint i.e "peppercorn rentals")

    -must be for legal activitys (you cant enforce a mafia hit contract)


  2. if a contract violates valid conditions for a valid contract then its said to be unenforceable.

    for e.g ,you want to open a bar in your state and your state prohibits it then its unenforceable though other states permits.
