    customer service, Quality of service delivery set by you or your department.

    internal customer, An individual within the University community who receives goods or services from another University entity.

    external customer, An individual outside of the University community who receives goods or services from a University entity.


  2. customer is the person that may be buying or in the market to purchase a good.Customer Service is what a Sales person offers to the buyer,does whatever it takes to make the sales--goes out of their way.An external customer is someone not at all associated with the goods,internal is the sales person or higher up,or the marketer/owner/CEO/buyer.
