Define these quotes please!!!?

Please Define:

"Why do we have to listen to our hearts?" "Because, wherever your heart is, that is where you'll find your treasure."

and

"When we love, we always strive to become better than we are."

Hmmm  I hav enot heard either of these quotes before....

1.  I believe the first implies that "our heart" is the place where our love, values and conscience reside....  and these are priceless commodities "to be treasured" rather than squandered.

2.  this one has more to do with being better for others... presenting our best faces, our best selves.  When in love, we strive to impress and tend to be "on our best behavior".

Okay.. just my interpretation...  hope they help

2. when you love someone you want to work to become better than you already are for your partner.
