The striker also spoke about the team’s slow start to the Premier League, but is delighted with their ability to bounce back and move up to 4th spot, level on points with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 and West Brom. Fresh from 3 successive victories, Tottenham have
really turned around results in their favour.

Defoe added:
“It’s been an amazing week. If you look at the fixtures as well, they were all tough games. To win at Craven Cottage and having beaten http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 in the same well is fantastic.”
The player also praised the fans and thanked them for their support. He said:
“We always have fantastic support and that helps the lads to perform. The European nights are special and there is so much history here.”
