Defrosted my fridge-freezer this morning,I can hear the motor running and freezer is cooling down.

I defrosted my fridge freezer this morning and I can hear the motor running and the freezer is cold again,but the fridge seems to be taking ages to get cool again? I have put it on the highest setting! Is everything okay or do I have to panic now?

the fridge does take ages to cool down, in comparison with the freezer. They probably share the same compressor, so no panic.

dont panic the fridge and freezer run off the same compressor so all is fine there.

Remember cold air sinks,so the freezer will get cold first.Just wait and stop opening the fridge door to see if its cold
