  1. wow. um i would have just let then sit out in the sink until they defrosted completely. yea it's ok to cook them still but don't microwave it anymore, just go ahead and cook it.

  2. yea thats fine to cook it, when i defrost my chicken b*****s I put them in cold water, it takes about 20 minutes but you know you wont be cooking the outside of the chicken.

  3. i think so just make sure it's cooked throughly

  4. Yes its totally safe.  Its just that the thickness of the chicken around the edge is very thin, and did get a little cooked.  It will be fine once cooked to an internal temperature of 170 degrees Fahrenheit!

  5. if your microwave has various settings make sure it is on defrost. Even if I only have mine on low, it begins to cook the outside. You can either place the chicken outside freezer/fridge to defrost, or run under hot water to "loosen" the frozen parts before you put them in the microwave. Yes, you can still continue to cook them

    good luck!

  6. The outside is cooked? It sounds like you may have toasted them instead. Try simply heating them?

  7. yes but I would stop defrosting them in the microwave.

  8. Yes it's fine. I usually defrost mine in water.

  9. Cut the cooked white part off, that's what I do - also, you are fine to cook them.

  10. If you cook them all the way through. I would bake them in a deep baking dish in the oven covered with foil on 350 for about 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hours. Take the foil off for the last 15 min. In the future the best way to quickly defrost chicken is put it in a ice water bath. Fill large pan with ice water and submerge the chicken, keep adding ice as it melts. A average chicken should take about 3 hours. The ice water is warmer then the frozen chicken, but does not allow it to warm up to were bacteria grows.
