Degenerate digimon??

how do i degenerate, it doesn't let me and im a silver tamer and i have the item? digimon world ds

well the digimon you want to degenerate has to have a certain condition.

if you look at the previous evelution you can see the conditions it needs to degenerate. really all you need is a certain level and maybe some types (aquan, dragon, beast, insect/plant, holy, dark, etc.)
