Degree Questions and IT Professional?

Ok I am trying to peruse a Bachelors degree for Website Development. The Issue is that I don’t know which degree pays more about $65-$75,000 a year.

A: Degree in website development

B: Degree in IT: does it contain web Development or just computer software and hardware information and networking.

  1. If you want to do website developement, get a degree in that.

    I did freelance web development in High school and I loved it. But at the same time I attended a technical high school in a program that taught hardward software and networking. I promise you the two never intertwined.

    What I see most is larger companys call onto a web development company to design the website and the IT department to maintain the sever that hosts the website on the company side.

    If you don't like IT I strongly suggest that you do not persue a degree in it.
