  1. Maybe a non-profit or think tank in international or area relations as an entry-level professional.  With this type of degree, you need to think about graduate school (I was political science).  If you go that route, you should focus on a area, such as Southeast Asia or Eastern Europe or something.  Where you live makes a difference in the opportunities.  Check www.idealist.org for non-profit opportunities.  

    You could also join a legislative office as a policy analyst.
