Degrees-racehorse management?

my dad and i currently own and breed racehorses, and im wanting to get a degree in that field, can someone help me on what type of degree's their are regarding racehorse's/racing and what schools provide them? Thank You!

University of Arizona has a Race Track Industry Program.  It must be a good program because I've seen ads for it in the horsemen's kitchen at some the tracks I work at.
