Arsenal’s former vice-chairman, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/David-c10409 Dein has gone on to hail Arsene Wenger, and has urged the team’s fans to remember all the good that he has done for the team in the past.
Dein feels that Wenger has single handily gone on to change Arsenal as a club, and the fact that no one seems to remember this is rather disappointing.
The former Gunners vice president feels that Wenger is responsible for most of the good that has taken place at the club, and that he is more than capable of doing the same again in the future.
He also admitted that he personally felt hurtful when he heard the chants that stated that Wenger did not know what he was doing.
Dein, when talking about the way people have started to treat Wenger is quoted to have said: “People have got short memories. They seem to forget what Arsene has achieved for the club"
“Arsenal is respected around the world and much of that is because of Arsene with the results and the players he has brought in and developed.”
“People underestimate him. He has transformed the club. He has done a phenomenal http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Job-c18684.”
“I always used to call him the miracle-worker. He waved his magic wand and he delivered.”
“But it’s getting tougher because the competition is getting stronger.”
Wenger has not been able to help http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 win a trophy in the last seven years, and the fans are clearly getting rather frustrated with the way things are going at the club.
The manager needs to go on and make some changes in the team, or the way he is carrying out business, since the current manner in which things are being done, clearly isn’t working out for the club.
Wenger has proven time and time again that he is the right man for the job, now all he needs to do, is to focus on helping the team win trophies once again, and it won’t be long before everyone falls in love with him once again.
It is now a wait to see just what the future holds in store for Wenger at the Emirates.
