The Spain boss has claimed that he adapts a much flexible approach than the current Real Madrid manager and that makes him more relaxed.
 Real Madrid are going through one of their most troubled seasons so far this campaign.
With the arrival of Jose Mourinho, many thought that it would probably be the final piece in the jigsaw puzzle, hence leading real Madrid to the heights that they are most commonly associated to.

Mourinho has had a great track record for himself over the past. The talented manager defied all the odds as he led an average Porto side to the glory of UEFA Champions League. Mourinho’s heroics soon got rewards as he was offered the managerial post at

Madrid was the next destination on cards for the Portuguese manager as he started to devise plans to dislodge Barcelona’s growing dominance on the biggest stages of world football. The manager finally ended Barcelona’s dominance with the acquisition of La
Liga crown last season, gaining record points in the campaign.
Last year’s heroics seemed to be the start of a good era for the Madrid based giants but things have not turned out to be the way in which the Santiago Bernabeu faithful wanted.

"[When managing a team], several factors must be taken into account, such as character and personality. I’m a more relaxed person [than Mourinho]," the 62-year-old told Marca.
"It’s a solid and extraordinary club. The team, along with Barcelona, has maintained an incredibly high level of performance, and gives us all some great football to enjoy."    
 The Spanish boss also had good words for the Catalan giants and praised their approach.
