The Chelsea midfielder has not been included in the Spanish squad that will be facing http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 during the FIFA World Cup 2014’s qualifiers.
The current European champions, Chelsea, have one of Spain’s outstanding midfielders, Juan Mata, who has been excluded from the Spanish squad that will be facing Belarus and France in the FIFA World Cup 2014’s qualifiers.
Mata has helped Chelsea become the European champions and have also helped them stay in the top four of the English Premier League this season.
While playing under the Italian coach, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roberto-c31294 Di Matteo, Chelsea have managed to become a powerhouse as they have added a lot of strike power during this summer transfer window.
Despite having so many players to play in the midfield, Juan Mata has not lost his place in the Chelsea line-up and that simply explains that he is one of the best players they have at the moment.
Even though Mata has been performing exceptionally for the Premier League outfit, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Vicente-c36001 Del Bosque did not consider him for the Spanish team.
It is true that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Spain-c3011 do not usually play him in the first-team, and he is rarely substituted because of the quality of Spanish midfielders in the team, but he definitely deserved a spot in the Spanish squad going to play the FIFA World Cup 2014’s qualifiers.
The Spanish coach gave a detailed account about why the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 man has been excluded from the team and while speaking about Juan Mata, the Spaniard said:
“We have a problem of quantity not quality. It pains me with all my heart to leave players out and there are others that could have come with us. Mata was not in the last squad because we had agreed with Chelsea he could have the holiday he did not get in
the summer.”
Juan Mata is not one of those players whose exclusion would matter as the Spanish team currently has a lot talented midfielders.
However, when it comes to representing the national side, Mata definitely deserves a spot in the squad that will be travelling to play the World Cup qualifiers this time round.
