While speaking about being one of the nominations, the Madrid head coach chose to leave the floor for his competitors as he took a jibe at them. Clearly, he had hinted that the other two professionals have little work to do as compared to him.

He added that he can be found working at his work station from 9.30 onwards, stressing that no one can say that he has no work to do.
Although it is a notable fact that Del Bosque’s schedule is not as tough as Mourinho’s. Being the coach of an international side means that the Spaniard has more time at his disposal and he did admit that it is a fact.
"I work every day, if you want to, you can see me there from 9.30 in the morning,” he told Cope Radio.
"I do not value his words. I was informed at the time. Everyone can take it as it is. When I heard the words of Mourinho I smiled, because it is a fact that we do not compete until January."
The results of the FIFA Ballon d’Or will be announced on January 7.
