Me and my girlfriend are regulars at Del Taco we frequently eat out at this fast food restaurant because of the convenience of it's location, recently we've been taking advantage of the ''Free Burrito'' coupons they print on the back of their receipts. Every once in a while we'll stop by and use our coupons.. The staff seem hesitant to honor our coupons "One per customer, per month" if that was the case wouldn't they print that the offer is subject to terms and conditions. For every coupon we validate.. we fill out a survey rating the food and the branch.
I argued my point and they eventually honor the coupons.
Recently they've assumed we don't understand spanish and mocked/abused us to their colleges. I don't understand why they're being this, all we're doing is taking advantage of an offer they make available to people for completing a survey on their website.
I've searched and searched for their terms and conditions but so far have found nothing. I don't want to breach anything.
