Delaware LLC instead of NJ LLC?

I just registered a two-member engineering consulting firm in NJ today. But now I'm having second thoughts that I should have registered it in Delaware instead. What are the benefits of a Delaware LLC compared to NJ?

Better tax code? Less liability?

open a foreign LLC in any state you wish.
