which is better and why?

My neice was offered Full Atlethic Scholarship (volleyball) to both... anyone here attends/attended or knows someone who has/is.

I have refereed Morgan State.  But that was enough years ago to not really be helpful.

I would try to attend one of their matches this season and see how the coach and team really act.  When you meet them off the court, you can not always tell how the team is during the game action.
