Delete data from drive K on Seagate Free Agent PRO. How do I manually delete data on Seagate Free

How do I manually delete data on Seagate Free Agent Pro. It scans my system, but only partially. I think if I can delete the data, uninstall the program and then re-install the program, that might work.
