Delete demos from Hard drive on xbox360?

I'm getting a 20gb 360 pro on wednesday and I was wondering can I delete downloaded demos off my hard drive because I won't have a game when I get it so im connecting it to xbox live and downloading all free demos.

follow my steps

1. go to system area

2. go to memory

3. select storage device

4. go to demos folder

5. select demo to delete

6. say delete and say yes

on your xbox go to settings find memory then select it .

go to demos select it.

find the demo you want to delete.

yah got to memory and then select demos, you can save a few gigs off of that best answer please

yeah. There is so much data on the xbox live server that it is almost impossible for someone to download the entire server. Just open up the demo page and there should be a button to erase the demo or whatever else you want to erase

Absolutely, I've done this for a period of time now. You can do it the way that everyone else has suggested, or when you go the blade with games on it, and select the demo as if you were to play it, it will ask you if you would like to play it or delete it, and thats how I did it. yes you can delete them, go to the purple screen "system" , memory, hard drive, demos or games and then chose what u want to delete and delete it, however if u downloaded any content from the market place using your gamertag it will always be linked to ur gamertag and it will never be deleted and u can always redownload history using no points at all,

the good news is microsoft will make it able to save games on the hdd so it won't keep reading from the disc, so it's better to get a large hdd see the new 60gb it's cool and only few dollars more expensive..
