Delete pictures saved by Yahoo mail?

my computer has saved over 600 pictures, most of which I do not want. How can I delete these? I've tried but nothing seems to get rid of them, same goes for attachments

Find the directory holding the pictures, browse to it, highlight the ones you want to get rid of and press delete.

Most are likely to be in temporary folders, so running disk clean-up and deleting temporary files should get rid of most of them, too.

That should do it.

find the photos  in mail ....on the page you should see ''save as message" click on that and you can delete the photos along with the attachments...Other pictures might have gotten saved to "my documents" if so,find them >right click each one and on dropdown click delete
