Delete profile photo?

All I want to do is delete a profile picture. I keep getting re-directed to Yahoo Photos. Then, I get a message that I'm not the authorized user. I'm getting really frustrated.

Yahoo, please assist me with this problem. If anyone is experiencing the same thing OR knows what I'm doing wrong, please help.
