Delete tv recording from quickplay?

Question

I have a HP DV6933CL and i recorded tv from quickplay. i was wondering how could i delete it? it won't play on media center, so i can't delete it through there and i don't want to delete it directly from the folder cause i don't want to mess my computer up. so, what should i do? is there like an online owner's manual?

quickplay is essentially an entertainment feature and does not have all functions and privilages of your operating system

i see no harm whatsoever in deleting a media file from folder
