My PC used to boot up straight to the desktop, then it started coming up with the Administrator's logo. I wanted to revert back to original so got information from internet where I was told it was OK to delete the ASP.NET (I think) user that had been added. Then to go to RUN and type in user passwords2 and to untick the box so that it would boot to desktop. Now my whole system is wrecked, I only have about 3 icons on my desktop and I cannot get into System Restore or Users. When I click on Users I get an interent explorer script error do you want to continue running scripts on this page, but nothing happens and I can't close the box. I appear to be the administrator when I shut down, I only had me on anyway, but it looks like the system has split as I can't get into some programmes but I can others. Nothing I have tried will get my system back and I am convinced going into RUN and following those instructions wrecked my system. Desperate for some help please.
