Deleting a guest account?

I want to delete a guest account on my computer (windows vista) but i have a lot of files/programs on there i don't want to loose, is there any way of deleting the account but not the files/programs?

Deleting the guest account won't cause any harm.

You can't install programs and files aren't stored under the guest account.

More the files to a folder on a shard drive such as the C or D drive.  Make a new folder call it back up.  Move the items you wish to keep into that folder, then delete acount you should be good.  If you would like to learn more about security and or infections follow the link below

Just disable the account first and see what if anything doesn't work.
