  1. Go to http://groups.yahoo.com/myprefs .  Then click on Remove Email Address towards the upper-left-hand corner.  Then follow the directions on the resulting page.


  2. go to My Account (top of a group page or also found on Messenger) click the edit that's to the right, back space out the invalid e-mail address- click save
