Deleting deleted infomation

i have deleted the information of my previous sites but someone has told me that there is one other way that it say almost permenent on your computer i need to know how to get into this last part of deleting that way there is nothing on this my when when i sell it to someone i dont want then looking onto it and finding anything they dont need to know about

If I was selling my computer, I would do a LOW LEVEL format of the system prior to giving it to someone else.

If you have information on your puter that you dont want to be brought up by someone else, your going to have to format it completely in 1's then 0's than 1's a few times so that all of your previous information is gone.  I could easily get your information even if you deleted the history and the index.dat file with a program called Easy File Recovery.

It all depends on who your selling it to and what you have done that may be somewhat skeptical.
