Deleting information from search engines about myself.?

Question

I searched my name in various ways and found old...old...old sites that I made when I was young. I can still access them by clicking them and clicking the cached blue icon on the right side underneith the site name. Its so sad.

I also want to delete some questions I have asked on this site....geez

Any help?
