Deleting pictures off 2GB SanDisk Card - please help!!?

I have a Casio Exilim camera with a memory card that is 2GB SanDisk. I deleted the pictures from my camera but how do I delete them off the memory card? When I take pictures and put them on my computer they automatically delete off the camera but how do I get them off the memory card? How do I even see what is on the memory card?? Thank you

Do you have the manual for your camera? Yes? Read it, it will contain all kinds of useful information. No? Download it from Casios website, read it. If you format the card it will remove all pictures from the card.

The internal memory of the camera is usually good for only a few shots.  When  you say you deleted them off the camera, you actually have deleted them off the memory card.
