Delhi transit?

Question

I am travelling from LHR to Singapore via Delhi. I am getting conflicting information about transit and whether I will need to change terminals. i am booked on Air India. can I assume that onward flight to S'pore would be same carrier? Do flights from LHR land at terminal 2 in Delhi (i.e. international terminal). I have 7 hours between flights. My onward flight flys from terminal 2.Can any one help?
