Hi there,My Inspiron 5160 DELL laptop went to hibernation mode yesterday, and one hour late when I tried to recharge it with adapter, laptop didn't work. When I plugged in the AC adapter, the laptop appeared to be dead. The light on AC adapter was green all the time (before and after I connected it to the laptop), but when I pushed the power button on, nothing happened and only solid orange lights on the front part of the laptop appears for 2-3 seconds and then they go off.I removed the battery and tried only AC adapter, but still I could not turn the laptop on by pushing the power, and three orange lights would become on for 2-3 sec, and then would go off.Could anybody tell me what's wrong with my laptop?P.S. yesterday I was watching DVD while the laptop was unplogged for about 1 hour. Thanks in advance,Ninian

I was waiting for something to download so I left my Packard Bell laptop on and it kept going into hibernation. I kept moving the mouse to turn it back on but eventually left it alone.

When I next tried to get it on, it was dead. I unplugged it and tried several other plug sockets. When I hold in the power button, an orange light flashes and then goes off again.

I'm assuming this is to do with the battery and I've heard Packard Bells have a habit of doing this. It would probably be best I buy a whole new laptop but does anyone have any advice?
