Dell All-in-one Photo 944 Carrier Jam....help me...

Out of nowhere, my printer has a carrier jam. I tried taking the cartridges out and putting them back in and wiping the track and turning it off and on. Nothing works. It'll reset itself and then when it starts to pull the paper in, I hear a LOUD click and it all stops there.HELP ME PLEASE! Thanks so muchLara
