Dell Dimension 4600 Blue Screen

I have the same problem with the blue screen and the desktop is not starting up.  The technical information is :  
*** STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xBF803EB6, OxF94D57 C4, 0x00000000)
*** win32k.sys - Address BF803EB6 base at BF 800000, Date Stamp 47 e0e106 
Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete.
What do I need to do to fix this problem?  Please Help!!!
