The drive is a HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GSA-H73N and I can not drag and drop to burn files on to the disk. I get the error "Windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this file. What do you want Windows to do? Retry/Cancel"I can burn disks by using Roxio, it reads information fine from burned disks. The enable CD recording button is checked, I have updated the firmware for the drive, there are no new drivers that I can discern, the drive has been uninstalled/installed, and I have Repaired Windows. Ideas? Thanks!
