Dell Inspiron 6000 battery won't charge!?

Question

My Dell Inspiron battery won't charge. Even when i change and try with my friend's same battery and it's still the same!

Do any Dell Inspiron user face the same problem but successfully deal with it? Besides, I think quite alot of Dell Inspiron user face the same problem!

Have you checked if the battery connection pins are not loose?

There should be about 4 pins under the laptop battery slot.

If not, then you may have a dead power slot.
