hey, i just got my new dell studio on monday and i cannot connect to my router wirelessly and it doesnt connect to any of the routers around my area. it just says "Cannot connect to (my routers name)." and gives me two options to click on "Diagnose the problem or connect to a different network". when i try to diagnose the problem nothing happens it says something is wrong with the network. i called dell for the past 2 days and ive been on the phone for like 2 and a half hrs a night. they dont know what to dothey reinstalled the wireless card and everything, and it doesn't work. should i call dell and try to exchange it? thanks best answer for best answer.
