Dell XPS 400 - Windows XP Center Edition Trouble?!?

Recently every time I turn on my computer. It says something like this:

Drive 3 Not Found.......

Press F1 to continue, F2 for utility.

I press F1 and my computer goes to my log-on screen. I sign on. And then my connections service which was set to connect itself doesn't and I have to do it manually. What happened to my computer and how can I fix it.

If your the only one using that computer and your the administrator than something is wrong.

If your not; ask the administrator if he replaced a hard drive or added more memory. He could have set it up that way.
