Dell blank screen

Question

Hi I need someones help before i go and spend money somewhere.
My laptop bag fell off my porch the other day (about 2 feet up) and now it will turn on and i can hear the windows startup but my screen is a dark blue color is there anything i can do?? Or is my screen just busted??
