is it worth upgrading my pentium 4 2.6ghz to a 3.2ghz? i aslo have 256ram and a 80gb hdd i want to upgrade the part becuase it slow

No, you won't notice much difference upgrading the processor,  2.6 to 3.2Ghz is a small bump. But increasing your RAM to 1gb would make a big difference.  Since your computer only has two memory slots, you'd just remove the existing RAM and replace it- total cost about $50.

It's not worth going into upgrading 3-4 different things. At that point you're better off getting a new computer.
