Alright so my friend has a dell inspiron 1525, and we can't figure the microphone out. We're trying to video chat with someone on aim, and the mic isn't working. Wanna tell us how to work it for 10 points? Please don't use big words. Thanks (:

on the taskbar click where u adjust the volume and make sure its not on mute.
