Delonghi piguino k900

Question

i bought a second hand pinguino k900 and it didnt come with a manual. it seems to be working but not as cold. this might sound stupid . it seems like if i push the temperature towards 25 not 16 it gets cooler but that much. is there a site where i can get a manual of how work the a/c or can someone guide me thanksnafa
